Our Enrolment Procedure and Statement of Fees

Enrolment Procedure

A parent may enrol a child on the waiting list any time after birth. This child’s name is placed on the waiting list when the “Application for Enrolment” form is returned to the centre with the enrolment fee.

Offers of enrolment are made in the year prior to the year of attendance, by telephone from one of the staff. Upon acceptance of an offer, an interview time is arranged between the family and staff. Upon completion of the interview and the payment of the bond, the family will receive written confirmation of a place for the following year.

Ipswich Kindergarten Association is a double unit centre with two of the four (4) Kindergarten groups attending at one time, with maximum 22 children in each group.

We operate a 4 day week:

2 Groups – Mondays & Tuesdays
2 Groups – Thursdays & Fridays

Centre hours are 8.15am to 3.45pm


Enrolment Fees

Application for Enrolment Fee: $11.00
Tuition: $810.00 per term
Bond: $150.00 payable for new families upon acceptance of an enrolment offer
Maintenance Levy: $75.00 per term (rebated upon attendance of maintenance roster)

Fees (including tuition, maintenance roster participation and any other general fees) are paid in advance at the start of each term.
